Dear Bio-lacto folks,
I would like to congratulate you on the production of such a fine
product. I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity syndrome and I have tried
literally hundreds of different health products and supplements. Your
lacto-fermented red cabbage is the best thing I have ever seen for
maintaining levels of beneficial bacteria in the gut. That's all well
and good as an intellectual concept, but what this means for me on a
daily basis is that my asthma is improved, I have less dizziness and
much less fatigue. I started eating the bio-lacto cabbage more than a
year ago. At first I didn't know what was helping me so much. Then the
product became unavailable for a month and I was definitely worse. Then
it became available and the same improvements were noted (within the
first day of eating it again.) This pattern continued for quite awhile
