DAIKON WITH GINGER
Refreshing and delightful, without any of the "heat" found in the raw vegetables, our Daikon with Ginger is
exquisite "as is." Also superb in a coleslaw mix or as a topping on your favorite sandwich!

The term lacto or lactic, used to identify our products, have nothing to do with dairy products.
They refer to the fact that the fermentation of vegetables is achieved through the action of "friendly" bacteria specific to vegetables
called lactic bacteria, and that it produces a natural preservative called lactic acid.
